Mrs Tracey Freeman
Parent Governor
It has never been more important that school prepares our children for the challenges that lie ahead. I would very much welcome the opportunity to share my experience and knowledge to assist the school in its goal to ensure that students of all abilities achieve their potential.
I believe my experience and skills will allow me to assist the school to meet its objectives.
I am a qualified accountant with over 25 years post qualification experience. I trained with Ernst & Young in Manchester where I gained a wide range of financial experience across many industries. I specialised in Forensic Accountancy, this combines accounting and investigative techniques to investigate financial disputes and irregularities.
Since having my children I have established a small accountancy practice. I provide a range of accountancy services to small/medium sized businesses. Having ran my own practice and assisted many businesses to grow and achieve their goals I have experience not only in finance but in strategic planning, advertising, human resources, legal issues, grievances and coaching/mentoring.
I have two boys, both of which attend Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School and Sixth Form. They are in year 13 and year 11 so I know the school well and appreciate the challenges the school faces.
I would very much look forward to being able to make a positive contribution to the school
