Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School is a co-educational secondary school and sixth form centre located in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, England. It was founded in 1978 as a purpose-built 11–18 comprehensive and sixth form. It was opened in September 1978.

Classroom Cover Supervisors
Casual Hours Contract
We are seeking to appoint highly motivated individuals to join our team of Cover Supervisors.

This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain classroom experience, support learning, and build confidence in managing a classroom. You'll cover pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers.

As a Cover Supervisor you will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Qualifications: You hold GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above, or equivalent).
  • Experience: You have experience supporting learners in an educational environment and understand the school curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Skills: You possess strong behaviour management and ICT skills and have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Personal Attributes: You are motivated to work with children, emotionally resilient, and committed to promoting student welfare, equality, and diversity.
Assistant Estates & Facilities Manager
Full Time, Permanent
We are looking for an experienced, hardworking, reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic individual to join the Estates and Facilities team. The post holder will assist the Estates & Facilities Manager, carrying out a range of duties aimed at ensuring the overall smooth running, maintenance and safety of the school environment. They will on occasions deputise for the Estates & Facilities Manager when needed and will have an overview of the cleaning and estates officer’s rotas. They will allocate, as appropriate, tasks to other team members. They will liaise with contractors and school staff as required.
