Admissions process for September 2026 Year 7 Intake

Places for the September 2026 Year 7 intake will be released by Cheshire East on Monday 2nd March 2026. Parents then have until 17th March to accept the place. Anyone needing to make a late application (eg. if moving to the area between now and September) will need to contact the Cheshire East Admissions Team on 0300 123 5012.

 

Admissions process for In Year applications

 

Applications for school places ‘in year’ are for admission after the first day of the school year into any year group. You will need to complete the online Cheshire East In Year Application form found on their website via this link https://www.cheshireeast.gov.uk/schools/admissions/in-year-applications.aspx and this will be forwarded to HCCS. 

 

HCCS will then review the application and, if a place is available, you will receive an offer of a place. Once a place is offered and accepted, and a start date confirmed, the following forms need to be completed and submitted online:

Admission form (including Home School Agreement and Photo Permissions)

Please check all information is accurate before submitting the admission form.

Forms to be completed and returned to school only if required:

​

Transport Form (only return the form if transport is required and by 30th April)

Music Tuition Scheme (only return the form if music tuition is required)

Sodexo Dietary Needs Letter and Form (to report any allergies)

Should your child have any medical conditions please include these on the admission form and the Healthcare Officer will be in touch at a later date to discuss whether a Healthcare Plan should be put in place.
